That is a lot to ask of a Monday.
A hard week ends with a big promise. New routine. Perfect schedule. Entirely different person. Apparently this new person never gets tired and already knows where every missing charger is.
Meanwhile, the real you is still here, carrying the actual responsibilities. Start there.
Make it useful instead of impressive.
A restart might be a meal, a necessary call, a cleared surface, or a conversation you have been putting off. It does not need a name, an announcement, or a photograph.
Choose something small enough to complete in the day you actually have. Then let it be one action—not an audition for a new identity.
Small is not a judgment.
People have different responsibilities, resources, and support. Some situations need professional help, practical assistance, or a real change in circumstances. A smaller step does not erase that.
It is simply one way to stop adding an impossible personal standard to a difficult moment.
Today is a place to begin.
Ask what would be genuinely useful next. Do that, when it is safe and appropriate. You can decide what comes after it when you get there. Monday can be a day on the calendar again.
One useful thing. Not a whole new life.
